Easter

YES, EASTER!!! I just realized that I had uploaded all my Easter pictures and never blogged them....so here was EASTER!!!
The Freestone's (Boomer's sister and family) were here for Easter. Blaine (brother-in-laws) gave us a new tradition. The first picture will show you....

The Easter bunny came while they were asleep and POOPED all over the house...well put jelly beans all over...the kids LOVED IT!!! Luke was eating them as fast as he could. The trails of POOP led to the kids Easter baskets.

The WIDE awake kids....well the little ones where awake, the older one got dragged out of bed.

Coloring the Easter Eggs

Joslyn really got into it...color everywhere ;0)

This is what happens when you leave a
2 and a 4 year old alone with the candy....

They unwrap it and make a train.....

They were so proud....

Carnival

The kids and I took off to go to a Rattlesnake museum they have wanted to see, it was down in Old Town. When we got there, there was a carnival set up. So, we ended up riding rides and dancing to the music. It turned out to be a really fun day, relaxing in the shade of the tree's eating snow cones.

The oldest church in Albuquerque.

Jos and Luke were to little to ride the Ferris Wheel, so they choose to play a game...this is what they won.

I was taking pictures of the kids and this sweet guy came over and offered to take pictures with me with them. I had to laugh when I downloaded the pictures, he totally cut Luke off in the first one and the second one you can see his eyes. So funny!! It was a nice gesture anyway.

Look close, Luke is there :0)

Rylee and I dancing to the music

There were a bunch of people dressed up in western style.
They looked amazing!!

This was my favorite. The whole afternoon there were a bunch of couples dancing around the pavilion, it was so fun to watch!!!

enjoying a cold treat

Luke spent most the afternoon throwing up his bat and catching it...

This is a video of the kids rocking out!!

The Aquarium and BioPark

The kids and I went to the Aquarium and BioPark. The last time we went was with my Mom in February, so there wasn't much green. The only thing that was blooming was the plants in the green house. So, it was absolutely breathe taking to see green and gorgeous flowers EVERYWHERE.

The Fantasy Garden, everything is HUGE!!
The kids love climbing on the giant ants and walking in the HUGE pumpkin
with pumpkin seeds hanging above them.

The entrance to the Botanic Gardens

The Japanese Garden
(look at the sweet baby duck)

The Butterfly Pavilion. We loved this, having butterflies
flying all over, it was beautiful!!

Gorgeous gardens of flowers

The Old Farm House

The Rose Gardens

The Aquarium

It was a fun day to kick off the Summer!!!
