Picnic at the Harbor...

The rain left for a day, so we packed a lunch and headed to Harbor for a picnic with friends!! Here are some fun pics of our afternoon.....

Look how cute this boat is...it is so tiny. It would be so fun to have and cruise the harbor playing with the sea lions....

It's DONE...YIPEE!!

We got Rylee's bed done....YAHOO!! The girls love it!! I still need to oraganize underneath a little to make more room to play, but, other than that it is done. Morgan and Rylee both sleep in it at night, we have all three girls in the smallest room in the house. Too funny!!


Boomer ran some lights underneath and a little light on her shelf up above to read books at night..it has worked out great!!




Joslyn loves the curtains, they are really easy to pull open so, she plays peek a boo all day, it is great!!


Thank's Mom, for helping with the curtains!! I love, IKEA..bins, stools and curtains all at one stop!!

KIDS!!

You know when you have those moments, when your child is making a mess, but you don't care because you get a few minutes to yourself....I knew Joslyn was taking the movies out but, this is what I found when I checked on her a few minutes later...too funny!!

I Can Explain.....

Joslyn is getting very brave and climbing on things, she came in the room and Rylee had put herself underneath the laundry basket, so Joslyn climbed right on top. She was giggling because Rylee was screaming, "GET HER OFF", it was really funny!!







Joslyn kept tipping over Rylee's Dora Nursery and riding it like a horse (I wonder where she gets that from...JARRETT)..she would giggle and look at us and smile, it entertained her for about 20 mins. It was really funny....





So, I decided to get the rocking DOG out of the attic, she really thought it was fun!!She got off, so Rylee jumped on it, but Joslyn I guess wasn't finished and went over and screamed at Rylee and pulled her shirt till she got off, it was hysterical, she can hold her own. She has learned that fast!!



This pretty nose was an accident from yesterday!! Boomer had a doctors appointment and we were waiting in the waiting room...Rylee came across the waiting room from getting a book and tripped scrapping her nose across the floor and then a chair was nice enough to stop her from slidding...so she also has a bruise across her forehead from where the chair hit...poor thing. It was a great place for it to happen..the nurses came running, with ice pack in hand and took care of her. A few minutes later I get a text from Boomer, who is in the doctors office wondering what the heck happened to Rylee, she was screaming really loud....don't you love technology!!

Thank Heaven's For Grandma's!!!

We just had my Mom come down to stay with the kids so, Boomer and I could go for our FIRST vacation alone!!




We went to Vegas for the weekend. We stayed at the Mandalay Bay in a suite... very nice!!

The couch was so fun, it was square...very unique, I want one in RED!!


I have to admit, I loved the TV in the bathroom!!







It was so nice and relaxing!! Did you know that you can get ready all at the same time when you don't have kids...that you actually can get out of the shower (yes, I said SHOWER, that is impressive in itself) and do your hair all before it drys and you are out of luck...and you can actually hold hands in public..you have 2 free ones, why not!! Boomer won this trip through his work, so they paid for golfing for two days, which meant I got to sleep in (that sadly was hard to do, so I actually got to sit in bed and watch TV...not DISNEY and eat Krispy Kreme doughnuts) and shop..YIPEE!! The first day we spent walking and walking and walking the entire strip, oh my goodness, we were tired!! Pictures from our walking....

This was our stopping point the waterfall at the Wynn hotel.....after we went to the Margarittaville to eat..Jimmy Buffet's place, very yummy!! Notice it was light when we left for our walk!!











It was fun just to site see and stroll along the Vegas strip!! We also got sent to dinner to a REALLY nice resturant called Smith & Wollensky, absolutly amazing food, it's right on the strip...filet mignon, salad, mashed potates and 3 different creme brulee (chocolate, pistachio, marshmellow) YUMMY!! They give your menu in a frame....pretty cool!!



















We rode the New York rollercoaster the last night we were there 2 times about 11:00 at night, after eating sushi can you say "PUKEY FEELING" oh, I was done for the night after that, uuggghhh!!




We came home to a very happy and spoiled household of girls!! Grandma lived up to her name...she was amazing!! Thank you, thank you, MOM for the memories!!










Thank you, DAD for our cute new outifts!! That was very sweet of you to offer (hee-hee)!! We called and told him after we got the outfits he wanted to buy them for us, he agreed that was something that he would have done.....love you!!
