A Fun Visit With Friends!!

We went to our friends Angela's house and got our haircut and had fun doing a photo shoot with the girls and I....it was such a fun visit!! Thank you, Angela!! We love you!!

Trying To Survive The Heat!!

It has been SOOOOO HOT this week, we are up in the low 90's and that is on the coast....CRAZY!!! We took the girls down to the beach at low tide so we could play in the water and enjoy the sunset!!

Boomer's Dad, Mom, Sister Joan and Brother in law Dave came into town for business. We were lucky to get them for a day and half to play with...we played on the beach and then boys went golfing!! Very fun, fast visit....we will take, what we can get.... :)

Halloween Night

The girls were so excited..I barely got a picture of them before we left. We went over to our friends house and walked till we were worn out...well Rylee and Joslyn were begging to go home...I love when I can wear them out :)

It took us awhile to get around to all the houses, Joslyn would stop and hug and talk to EVERY dog we saw..she would run into the people's house, if she saw a dog to say HI to it.....crazy girl!!!

Rylee's Preschool Party....

Rylee had her Preschool party on Halloween, it was really fun. The parents all took treat over and we had a huge buffet of food!! The kids all dressed up and they got to go to 6 fun centers of different Halloween crafts and games!! They also did a cute Halloween program for us!!! It was a fun day!!
For those who don't know...Rylee is in a really neat program called the "BEACON" program!! What it is, is half the kids are autistic and the other half are like Rylee very outgoing and loves to talk :) they are called "COMMUNITY FRIENDS". They are finding out when you do the mix like this the students that are autistic really start acting like the community friends and really follow there example. It is an absolutely amazing program..I was so grateful to have Rylee accepted to it, she loves it!! The teachers are amazing and the program is very structured and involved it is great!!!

Practicing Trick or Treating..I guess it can be really hard for the autistic kids to go out in public..for some..so they practice wearing there costumes through out the month and then they practice Trick or Treating for the last two weeks before Halloween..it helps the kids not be afraid and go out and Trick or Treat!!!

I always put off the carving pumpkins..it is too messy :) The girls had fun doing it and it made the mess all worth it :)
